Volunteer EXPRESS
Thank you for your interest in our new “VOLUNTEER Express” card. The Tree Foundation is excited to launch this new program that we feel with help to enrich and enliven our volunteer program. Here’s how:
The Volunteer Card will benefit volunteers by:
- Diminishing your time at the sign in table
- Requiring you only give personal information once- and it stays private
- Ensuring we have your emergency contact information
- Guaranteeing prompt recognition for your time spent with us
- Offering additional perks such as- entry into drawings. Volunteer for 10 events or more and be awarded a ticket to our annual Tree Hero Awards celebration.
- Giving you advance notice of upcoming training dates
- Giving you a discount when you attend trainings
Members who would like to volunteer: Members will not need to pay the $10, but will need to fill in the Volunteer Registration form for us to keep on file. You will receive the volunteer card in addition to your membership card. Become a Tree Foundation Member today!
Volunteers without a card: Volunteer will fill in the volunteer release of liability form at each event they attend. Volunteers under 18 will need a guardian to sign them in at any event they attend. Recognition for participation will be a prompt email thank you.
